Small Business Deal Advisors (“SBDA”) is thrilled to announce the sale of College HUNKS Hauling Junk of Houston, TX to an individual investor. This is SBDA’s third College HUNKS Hauling Junk franchise resale!
College HUNKS Hauling Junk & Moving of Houston is a leading provider of junk hauling and moving services in the Houston Metro and surrounding areas. Started in 2016 by David Betzko and his wife, the franchise experienced significant demand and grew quickly.
With the business established, David Betzko engaged SBDA to assist with the sale of the franchise in order to retire.
“Small Business Deal Advisors provided straightforward guidance through the whole process of selling the franchise,” commented David Betzko. “They provided a free comprehensive valuation of my business with no commitment before I engaged with them. Their team of knowledgeable people outlined for me all the steps of the selling process.”
The Company was purchased by Drake Smith, a part-owner of several UPS stores. Seeking further growth, Drake sought acquisition opportunities. Given his facility capacity in a great location, he sees a great opportunity with the College HUNKS Hauling Junk franchise.
“Doug was excellent to work with,” said Drake. “I couldn’t be more pleased with the acquisition, and I look forward to diving in!”
