Squeegee Squad is a profitable and growing window cleaning franchise operating in the Great Grand Rapids area. The Company serves both the residential and commercial markets, including buildings ranging from single-story homes to 15-story high-rises. Additionally, the Company offers its customers pressure washing, gutter cleaning, and ancillary services.
SBDA advised Squeegee Squad on the sale through the development of marketing materials, comprehensive marketing of the acquisition opportunity, and consulting through the negotiation, due diligence, and closing periods. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
