Founded in 2012, Which Wich of Petoskey is a specialty sandwich shop franchise offering a slew of delicious handcrafted sandwiches, salads, and hand-dipped milkshakes. The shop is well-located in a busy shopping center in Petoskey, MI. Which Wich Superior Sandwiches is a Dallas, TX-based fast casual restaurant chain specializing in sandwiches and salads with over 450 stores in six countries.

Mitch Brown, the founder of Which Wich of Petoskey, decided to sell the franchise as he seeks out new challenges. He commented, “Managing Which Wich has been a great experience. I am pleased to leave the company with someone who is eager and well-equipped to grow and improve the business.”

“I enjoyed working with the SBDA team and was impressed by their straightforward, expert guidance through the entire sale process. They provided wide-reaching marketing that highlighted the company and the Which Wich brand in a compelling manner. Their experience working with franchises was key in guiding the sale across the finish line.”

SBDA advised Which Wich of Petoskey on the sale through the development of marketing materials, comprehensive marketing of the acquisition opportunity, and consulting through the negotiation, due diligence, and closing periods. The deal was led by Associate Broker, Doug Yntema.
