Small Business Deal Advisors (SBDA) is thrilled to announce the sale of Dixie Lite-Trol and Roy E. Pelfrey Associates of Lexington, Kentucky to Individual Investors.
For 50 years, Dixie Lite-Trol and its sister company Roy E. Pelfrey Associates have been providing and installing shades, blinds, stage curtains, cubicle curtains, and other window coverings for commercial customers, as well as drapery hardware and smaller projects for residential customers. The Companies are hired by general contractors, institutions such as schools and universities, and interior decorators.
Seller Cece Ferguson shared that SBDA exceeded her expectations throughout the transaction, noting that “Rudy Moeller was wonderful to work with!” She was especially impressed with the expertise he provided and has already recommended him to several others considering a business sale. Buyer Jon Harrington agreed that Rudy and the SBDA team did a wonderful job.

SBDA drew on their extensive expertise to guide Dixie Lite-Trol throughout the sale process. Their role included producing and distributing marketing materials, executing targeted marketing campaigns, offering guidance during negotiations, and overseeing the due diligence and closing process.
