Small Business Deal Advisors (SBDA) is happy to announce the sale of AD-RACK, Inc. of Louisville, Kentucky to Individual Investors.
For more than 50 years, AD-RACK has specialized in the distribution of tourism literature through a network of display racks. It distributes materials such as brochures, magazines, and other promotional literature supplied by its customers to hundreds of racks spread across three states.
Rudy Moeller of SBDA served as the lead Mergers & Acquisitions Advisor to AD-RACK.
SBDA drew on its deep expertise to guide AD-RACK throughout the sale process. Its role included creating and disseminating marketing materials, executing customized marketing campaigns, providing guidance during negotiations, and managing the due diligence and closing process.
The terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
