Small Business Deal Advisors (SBDA) is happy to announce the sale of Eaton Car Care of Charlotte, Michigan to local automotive business owner Gordon “Gordy” Ferguson.
Established in 1986, Eaton Car Care has served the Charlotte community for 40 years. It specializes in general automotive repair including tires, air-conditioning, front-end work, brakes, minor engine repair, suspension, cooling systems, exhaust work, and diagnostics.
Sellers Louie and Patty Hertrich particularly appreciated SBDA’s responsiveness and its vetting process, which ensured that only qualified, serious buyers were introduced to them.
Eaton Car Care joins Ferguson’s growing family of automotive businesses, which also includes Discount Muffler & Brakes in Lansing, G&E Auto Service in Perry and Apex Automotive Group. Ferguson’s goal is to build a strong network of locally operated automotive repair facilities while preserving the reputation, employees, customer relationships and community presence that each business has developed.

The terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
