The Company specializes in producing furniture and wood products on a production, small-batch, and made-to-order basis. The Company’s production systems enable a broad range of capabilities, from drop shipping individual pieces to fulfilling large orders, allowing other companies to sell its products without the burden of high inventory. Its clientele comprises small furniture suppliers, office furniture retailers, and toy companies. Moreover, the Company’s extends OEM manufacturing services to well-known companies.

The Company’s wood product manufacturing capabilities encompass a solid wood panel glue-up line, CNC machining, artisan fabrication, strong paint and finish capabilities, laser engraving, and a very flexible assembly, packaging, and fulfillment department.

With a dedicated workforce running day-to-day operations, current ownership is semi-absentee mainly focusing on new design consultation on an as needed basis, this could allow for a seamless transition under new ownership.
