February 2021 –Small Business Deal Advisors (“SBDA”) is thrilled to announce the successful sale of three B.C. Pizza locations to an individual investor.

B.C. Pizza is a Michigan-based franchise of pizzerias. The locations in Belmont, Greenville, and Lowell, Michigan were started by James Fegel and Tony Griffin in 2004. Ready to invest time and resources into other business ventures, James and Tony engaged Small Business Deal Advisors to manage the sale of the restaurants.

The buyer, Tim Ofield, is also the owner of Ofield Funeral Home. He lives near BC Pizza and was a loyal customer. He decided to diversify his business portfolio and thought these successful and popular restaurants were a good move.

B.C. Pizza was founded in 1988 by two brothers. The company’s reputation as the “Hometown Handmade Gourmet” pizza was built by using fresh, high quality ingredients and the brothers’ secret recipes for pizza sauce and crust. Customers continue to be impressed by the one-on-one friendly service and community support that each B.C. Pizza franchise exhibits in their area.
