Small Business Deal Advisors (“SBDA”) is pleased to announce the successful sale of Holt, MI-based SFR Precision Turning, Inc. (“SFR”) to Holly, MI-based, AFCO Manufacturing Corp.
SFR, founded in 1948 as ‘Structural Forming Rolls’, is a specialty machine shop. The Company manufactures tooling required to produce steel wheels, specifically for automotive, heavy truck, and agricultural industries. The business is ISO certified and has developed a group of loyal customers across the United States.
SBDA advised SFR on the sale through the development of marketing materials, comprehensive marketing of the acquisition opportunity, and consulting through the negotiation, due diligence, and closing periods. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
