Small Business Deal Advisors (“SBDA”) is excited to announce that West Michigan-based design and development firm, 2B Studio, has been acquired by Innovation Studios, LLC.
2B Studio is a full-service concept-to-production design firm that offers extensive design, development, and prototyping services. The company was founded in 1992 and is based in Ada, MI.
Innovation Studios is led by Herman Grewal. Herman has had a lifelong passion for creativity and design. After several years in his family business – owning and operating Subway franchises – Herman decided he was ready to buy a business that is better aligned to his interests. He was immediately drawn to 2B Studio’s capabilities and process expertise.
2B Studio was founded by Bruce Sienkowski. He will continue as president of the company. Bruce stated, “I am very pleased that I selected Small Business Deal Advisors to lead the sale of 2B Studio. They brought many qualified buyers to the table, including Herman, who is a fantastic fit for the future of the business. SBDA served as an M&A Advisor to 2B Studio. This included providing advisory expertise and managing the preparatory, marketing, due diligence, and negotiation phases of the transaction.
