Fry Nation

Small Business Deal Advisors (“SBDA”) is delighted to announce the successful sale of the Fry Nation to an individual investor.

Fry Nation is a provider of freshly made hand-cut French fries and chicken wings. The company primarily sells to patrons via a kiosk in RiverTown Crossings, a mall located in Grandville, MI. Fry Nation also provides limited catering services. Founded in 2014, the business has experienced impressive growth fueled by its prime location and raving fan base.

Ramsey Gilbertsen, the President and Founder of Fry Nation, decided to sell the business as he seeks to focus on other business interests.

Regarding Small Business Deal Advisors representation, he commented, “SBDA supplied a steady stream of qualified buyers, both from ads and their network. Many more leads than we could have generated ourselves. Doug organized meetings and always kept the sales process moving forward. After we found a buyer, Doug and his team worked hard to make sure the deal closed. Providing connections to knowledgeable attorneys, supplying the necessary paperwork, and making sure we tied up all the loose ends. It was a great experience overall. Would definitely recommend using their services to all owners looking to transition out of their current business!”

“Thank you Doug and team for your guidance in selling Fry Nation! Your expertise and advice made the process easy and stress-free.”

SBDA advised Fry Nation on the sale through the development of marketing materials, comprehensive marketing of the acquisition opportunity, and consulting through the negotiation, due diligence, and closing periods. The deal was led by Associate Broker, Doug Yntema.

Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
