Campbell Murch Memorials is a cemetery memorial manufacturing and engraving company that has served Southwest Michigan since 1894. The Company specializes in granite and bronze memorials, custom bronze and aluminum plaques, custom granite, and custom engraving.
Over its 125 years in operation, the Company has served countless customers and solidified a brand that is trusted and relied upon. The well-established firm is staffed with experienced employees who are well-equipped to provide top-quality products and services.

The seller, Todd Sokolowski, had been the owner of the business since 1984. Ready for retirement, he engaged SBDA to help him sell Campbell Murch Memorials. Associate Doug Yntema served as lead advisor.

SBDA served as an M&A Advisor to Campbell Murch Memorials. This included providing advisory expertise and managing the preparatory, marketing, due diligence, and negotiation phases of the transaction.
