Small Business Deal Advisors (“SBDA”) is pleased to announce the sale of College HUNKS Hauling Junk of Knoxville, TN to an individual investor.

College HUNKS Hauling Junk & Moving of Knoxville is a leading provider of junk hauling and moving services in the greater Knoxville, TN area. Chris Carpenter founded the franchise in 2015, and the Company experienced high growth under his direction. With two young children at home, Chris felt that it was time to transfer the Company to an owner who could continue the Company’s upward trajectory.

“I loved building this business and I want to see it grow more, but this season of my life has to be family first,” commented Chris Carpenter. “I’m pleased to have found a buyer who can bring the energy and determination needed to continue growing College HUNKS Knoxville. A big thank you to Doug Yntema and the whole SBDA team for their hard work.”

The Company was purchased by Paul “Jowee” Secore, a seasoned real estate investor who has years of experience in owning and managing properties.

“I am passionate about dream homes, and I’m excited to jump into another facet of the home investment industry,” said Secore. “Chris has laid an excellent foundation and I can’t wait to continue his work.”

SBDA served as an M&A Advisor to College HUNKS Hauling Junk & Moving Knoxville. This included providing advisory expertise and managing the preparatory, marketing, due diligence, and negotiation phases of the transaction. Associate Doug Yntema served as Lead Advisor.
