Small Business Deal Advisors (“SBDA”) is thrilled to announce the sale of College HUNKS Hauling Junk of Houston, TX to an individual investor. This is SBDA’s third College HUNKS Hauling Junk franchise resale!

College HUNKS Hauling Junk & Moving of Houston is a leading provider of junk hauling and moving services in the Houston Metro and surrounding areas. Started in 2016 by David Betzko and his wife, the franchise experienced significant demand and grew quickly.

With the business established, David Betzko engaged SBDA to assist with the sale of the franchise in order to retire.

The franchise has been able to rapidly grow by providing a complete, low-cost system that helps franchise owners win customers and generate outstanding word of mouth.

SBDA served as an M&A Advisor to College HUNKS Hauling Junk & Moving Houston. This included providing advisory expertise and managing the preparatory, marketing, due diligence, and negotiation phases of the transaction. Associate Doug Yntema served as Lead Advisor.
