Small Business Deal Advisors (SBDA) is pleased to announce the sale of Dust and Ashes Productions of Benton Harbor, Michigan to a strategic buyer.
Dust & Ashes Productions was founded in 2006 and specializes in producing furniture and wood products on a production, small-batch, and made-to-order basis. The Company’s production systems enable a broad range of capabilities, from drop shipping individual pieces to fulfilling large orders, allowing other companies to sell its products without the burden of high inventory. Its clientele comprises small furniture suppliers, office furniture retailers, and toy companies.

SBDA drew on their extensive expertise to support Dust and Ashes throughout the sale process. Their role included producing and distributing marketing materials, executing customized marketing campaigns, offering guidance during negotiations, and overseeing the due diligence and closing process.
