Small Business Deal Advisors (“SBDA”) is pleased to announce the sale of Family Fitness Center in Holland, MI to an Individual Investor.
Family Fitness Center of Holland is a complete 24-hour access health club, fitness center, and gym. Founded in 2014, Family Fitness of Holland offers state-of-the-art fitness equipment and training classes. The gym is one of 12 Family Fitness Center locations across West Michigan.
The investor who purchased Family Fitness Centers is Sunyoung Kim.
SBDA served as an M&A Advisor to Family Fitness Center. This included providing advisory expertise and managing the preparatory, marketing, due diligence, and negotiation phases of the transaction. Associate Doug Yntema served as lead advisor.
