December 2020 – Small Business Deal Advisors (“SBDA”) is pleased to announce the successful sale of Holistic Care Approach’s Grand Rapids office to Beaubien Holistic Care.
Founded in 1998, Holistic Care Approach is a multidisciplinary integrative medicine center that offers patient-centered care and integrated treatments for acute and chronic conditions. with a team of holistic health practitioners led by a Medical Director and naturopathic doctor. The Company offers an extensive line of services for individuals seeking holistic wellness under the specialties: acupuncture, natural medicine, skincare, and massage.
Holistic Care Approach offers several holistic program offerings, such as smoking cessation, nutrition, detoxification, and weight management, as well as classes and workshops like Pilates and guided meditation. These services are provided to a customer base of over 6,000 clients in West Michigan.
Holistic Care Approach will continue to operate its Traverse City office.
Small Business Deal Advisors advised Holistic Care Approach on the sale through the development of marketing materials, comprehensive marketing of the acquisition opportunity, and consulting through the negotiation, due diligence, and closing periods. The transaction was managed by SBDA Associate, Doug Yntema.
