Established in 1990, Maid Brigade of Central New Jersey is a franchise that offers residential cleaning and maid services. The Company specializes in recurrent scheduled cleanings, one-time deep cleanings and moving in/out cleanings. Maid Brigade of Central New Jersey is located in Pittstown, New Jersey and offers its cleaning services to homes and select commercial businesses in Hunterdon County and western Somerset County.
Sanders Mishkin, the previous owner, acquired Maid Brigade of Central New Jersey in 2014. Over the last few years, Sanders has maintained a semi-absentee ownership role at the Company. Looking to spend time down south for the winter and ultimately retire, Sanders decided to sell the business and engaged Small Business Deal Advisors for assistance with the process.

The buyer is local to Hunterdon County and was actively seeking investment opportunities when he came across Maid Brigade of Central New Jersey. He saw the purchase of the Company as an ideal opportunity to increase his passive income, which led him to take action. He and his wife will act as semi-absentee owners moving forward.
The transaction was led by Doug Yntema, a seasoned Mergers and Acquisitions Advisor at Small Business Deal Advisors.
