Maid Brigade is a residential cleaning and maid service franchise based out of Raleigh, North Carolina. The Company offers a variety of services including recurrent scheduled cleanings, one-time deep cleanings, and moving in/out cleanings. Maid Brigade of Raleigh primarily services homes as well as select commercial businesses throughout Wake County.
The owner, Jorge Vargas, acquired Maid Brigade of Raleigh in April 2021. After owning the Company for just a short time, Mr. Vargas decided to sell the Company due to relocation. Mr. Vargas engaged Small Business Deal Advisors to assist with the sale of the Company.
Maid Brigade of Raleigh was acquired by an individual investor. He will be utilizing his previous experience in finance and accounting to successfully manage the business.
