Myers Forklift is a forklift service, repair, and sales company founded in 2015 by Donald and Barbara Myers. The Myers’ saw an opportunity to fill the growing need to provide quality equipment and a professional repair service at a cost-effective rate. Looking to transition into retirement, Donald and Barbara engaged Small Business Deal Advisors to assist in the sale of the company.
The Company was acquired by BMH Equipment. BMH Equipment acquires and operates material handling dealerships and Myers Forklift was a natural fit for its portfolio. The company’s product lines span pallet rack, shelving, conveyors, mezzanines and forklifts and enable manufacturers, distributors and logistics providers to get what they need where they need it in the most efficient manner possible.
